When should I send out Save the Dates and Wedding Invitations?
If you are having a larger Wedding that people will need to travel to, we suggest Save the Date's to go out eight to twelve months in advance - however this is completely a personal preference. For Wedding Invitations we recommend sending them out five months prior to the Wedding, with RSVP's due back 6 weeks prior to ensure enough time to liase with your venue and catering company etc and keep everything as stress free as possible.
What is Jewel Paper Co's turnaround time?
You should allow 1-3 weeks for design, depending on your needs and if it a custom or semi-custom design. Ten days for digital printing, 2-4 weeks for specialty printing such as foil or letterpress. Please allow an additional 2 business days for express shipping to you also.
Do you do custom designs?

Can we choose a design from those we can see on your instagram?
Absolutely! We are happy to customise any existing designs with your event details. We are also happy to sub in different fonts or mix and match from a few designs if you are having trouble deciding.
Do you offer Letterpress or Foil Printing?
Yes, we do! Letterpress and Foil stamp printing are a fine art and something to savour - we are lucky to work with only the best printers to ensure a high quality, luxury end result. Simply include that you are interested in foil or letterpress printing when filling out the contact page form. Please note not all designs are suitable or able to be letterpress or foil printed.
How much are your Wedding Suites?

Do we need to have an RSVP or details card? Can't we just have one invitation?
Absolutely - everything in this "wedding world" is a completely personal preference and I encourage couples to do what they want to do, in a way that feels great for them! We can easily pop any additional details on the back of your invitation, or simply have everything concisely on the front.
Can we get a sample of your work?
Absolutely - we understand more than anyone that you need to see, touch and feel the quality of work before you commit. You can order a sample pack here.
What is the process? Do we get a sample of our design before printing?
We will consult with you via email or phone to sort out your initial design and stationery wants and needs (for example - if you need a formal invitation, RSVP cards, details cards, whether or not you would like guest addresses printed or hand lettered etc) - you will then receive digital proofs via email to approve. Unfortunately we can not offer a printed mock up of your suite prior to finalising the design.
Does JPC service world wide?
At present, we are only working with Australian clients.
Do you do 'On the Day' items such as table numbers and welcome signs? For weddings and any other events?
We sure do! It's so fun to create special items such as hand lettered table numbers, menu's to suit your styling and place cards if you need them! For larger items such as welcome signs, bar menus and seating charts we offer design only services, with a list of reputable printers across Qld that you can contact and use locally due to shipping costs.
